Our Personal Auto Policy can cover your entire family and all of its vehicles. We have policies which can protect car, camper, trailer, motor home and motorcycles; therefore, there is no need for a separate recreational vehicle policy.
If you are held liable for an auto accident causing bodily injury to someone or damage to their property, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability coverage applies for the limits chosen whether you are driving.
If you, your family or any passengers in your auto are injured in an accident, your necessary medical, hospital and funeral expenses are covered under Personal Injury Protection (PIP) subject to specified limits. PIP also pays a percentage of your income of your passengers' incomes should you or your passengers be unable to work due to a covered injury (Exception: Motorcycles are not eligible for PIP).
If you or other passengers in your insured auto suffer injury or death from an uninsured or underinsured driver, your policy may pay, up to the limits shown for Uninsured/Underinsured Bodily Injury, sums you are legally entitled to recover.
If your auto or other covered property is damaged by an uninsured or underinsured driver and requires repair or replacement, your policy may pay up to the limits shown for Uninsured/Underinsured Property Damage ( Exception: Motorcycles).
If your covered auto is hit, runs into an object or rolls over, you policy may pay the actual cash value of damage (minus the deductible you select) if you have purchased Collision Coverage.
If your covered auto sustains a loss caused by fire, earthquake, theft, explosion, flood, hail, glass breakage or vandalism/malicious mischief you policy may pay up to the actual cash value of damage (minus the deductible you select) if you have purchased Comprehensive coverage.
Stereos, phones and other electronic equipment are automatically covered at no charge if permanently installed in a factory designed opening.
Auto Insurance does cost money. There's no question about that. However, we have some answers for providing our customers protection at a reasonable price.
We offer an extremely flexible payment plan. Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, semiannually or in any combination you choose. You may even select a bill date that is most convenient for you.
Medical Payments are made where reasonable medical and funeral expenses are incurred because of bodily injury caused by accident or sustained by an insured. Must occur within 3 years of the accident and must have occurred in on or around the insured vehicle. There are exclusions to this rule so please read your policy.
Your Independent Agent, Advocate Insurance, wants to ensure that you don't face any unpleasant surprises in the event of a homeowners loss.
Like most homeowners, your home is probably your biggest investment, and you take pride in maintaining and improving it. But, have you thought about the maintenance of your homeowners insurance? Features like hardwood floors and crown molding are often not fully detailed when a homeowners policy is first purchased. Also, common home improvements like new flooring, plumbing and electrical upgrades add to the value of you home. More significant and expensive enhancements to your home like an upgrade kitchen or bath, a deck or patio, or a finished basement can increase your home's value by thousands of dollars.
Your homeowners insurance needs to be increased accordingly so that you don't find yourself with inadequate coverage to protect you biggest investment. Now, your Independent Agent Advocate Insurance have more sophisticated ways to calculate your true rebuilding cost.
It costs more to rebuild a home after a loss than it does to build it new for several reasons:
All of these factors can add significantly to the cost of home rebuilding.
| Residence built per decade: | Original Cost | Cost today to build |
| Typical residence built in 1960 | $14,500 | $122,000 |
| Typical Residence built in 1970 | $25,500 | $136,000 |
| Typical Residence built in 1980 | $53,500 | $142,000 |
| Typical Residence built in 1990 | $79,500 | $148,000 |
| Typical Residence built today | $148,500 | --- |
A homeowner facing a total loss has an outstanding mortgage and home equity loan. If the homeowners insurance is inadequate, this individual risks bankruptcy. It is estimated that the typical homeowner is underinsured by as much as 27 percent. We don't want this to happen to you.
To better protect you, your Independent Agent Advocate Insurance wants to be certain that all policy information about your home is complete and up-to-date. Through a short survey conducted by you agent, a comprehensive home profile is developed. The information you provide is used to generate a complete inside and outside profile of your home. Then a reconstruction cost estimate is calculate, allowing Advocate Insurance and your Independent Agent to insure your home for its full replacement value.
No one wants to think about losing a home. But, isn't it nice to know that in the event of such a disaster, Advocate Insurance and your insurance company will be able to get you back into you home- restored to its original condition and quality- as quickly a possible.
You care about your home and family. Advocate Insurance does too.

To provide a quote we obtain individual medical information, which may or may not include a physical to determine individualized guaranteed rates. This is just one of the advantages to working with Advocate over a captive writer, meaning they only work with a single carrier who may or may not have the most competitive rates for a particular individual.
Another advantage to working with Advocate is that we adhere to principals provided by financial counselors such as Dave Ramsey and Crown Financial Concepts on behalf of our clients. Our primary concern is making sure coverage is available to the family when the need arises. Life insurance is always and only about love for those left behind. Our responsibility to our clients isn’t over until the funds are available to alleviate any concerns left at the time of a loved one’s passing.
Disability insurance offers payments to employees who are unable to work because of injury or illness, even if it is not job-related. It is different from workers compensation in that this coverage may or may not involve any aspect of health insurance, life insurance, or payments for pain and suffering. As with Life Insurance, Advocate matches specific Disability Insurance with the needs of the client to find the best possible product and cost for each clients individual needs. Workers Compensation offers payments to employees who are unable to work because of injury, but that injury must have been job-related. Workers compensation can offer payment for past and future economic loss, reimbursement or payment of medical expenses, general damages for pain and suffering, and benefits payable to dependents of workers killed during employment.
While most of our clients use Idaho State Insurance Fund, we have a number of other carriers who can be competitive in various situations. Please call us to allow us to find a policy that matches your company's specific needs. Using State Insurance Fund through us as a broker costs you no additional premium and your dividend check is not affected.
